Cormorant offers visitors many natural attractions such as Cormorant  Lake. Cormorant Lake is 440 miles north of Winnipeg, Manitoba. It is 18 miles  long, covering roughly 400 square miles with its waters.  It features a  chain of islands running across the center for unique fishing opportunities and  protection on windy days.
Cormorant offers many types of recreational activities year round. In  winter many enjoy ice fishing and take advantage of the snowmobile trails. The  summer season presents a large assortment of outdoor activities. Camping, bird  watching, wildlife photography, hiking, and boating are just some of the  activities that Cormorant has to offer.
